If something went wrong on our side or the author’s side — you were charged but did not receive the item, you were charged twice, or the item does not work as described — please contact roraringo000@gmail.com. We will look into it and either fix it or refund you - Purchases by minors
- Please get your guardian’s consent before purchasing. A purchase made without a guardian’s consent may be cancelled under Japanese law
About items inside mini apps
For items sold inside a mini app, the seller is the author of that mini app. The Service provides the place to buy and the payment mechanism.
- The name of the mini app and the domain it runs on are shown on the consent screen the first time you open it
- Ask the author of the mini app about the item first. If you cannot find how to contact them, write to roraringo000@gmail.com. We will pass your message on, or give you the author’s contact details
- The Service does not hold your payment. Stripe splits each payment between the author and the operator at the time of purchase
For developers (the side receiving money)
- The fee is 15%of sales (applied to what remains after the payment processing fee). The rest is the author’s share
- Sales accumulate in the author’s own Stripe account, and on the day the balance reaches ¥3,000 or more it is paid out automatically to the bank account you registered (we check every day)
- To receive money you must complete Stripe’s identity verification. Stripe holds your identity documents and bank details; they never reach the Service
- Authors are responsible for their own disclosures under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (name, contact details, price, return policy and so on) for the items they sell. You must also follow Stripe’s terms
- If the fee or the payout conditions change, we will update this page to let you know
Summary of measures under the Act on Consumer Protection in Transaction Digital Platforms
Because the Service provides a place for mini app authors to sell their items, it is a “transaction digital platform provider” under this Japanese law. These are the measures we take.
- So that authors can be reached: a contact email address is required when an author registers. If a buyer cannot reach an author, write to roraringo000@gmail.com and we will pass the message on
- When there is a complaint: we accept reports from inside the app or by email. We look into what happened, ask the author to explain or to correct their listing where needed, and in serious cases we stop that mini app from being published
- Knowing who the author is:we collect a name and a contact email address when an author registers. Authors who receive money have gone through Stripe’s identity verification. Where necessary we ask for their name, address and other details
- Requesting an author’s details:if you need to confirm an author’s name or address in order to make a claim of more than ¥10,000 arising from a transaction with them (for example, to get your money back), write to roraringo000@gmail.comwith “request for seller information” in the subject, describing the transaction and your reason. We will ask the author for their view and then reply on whether we can disclose it
How to request disclosure
For the items marked “disclosed without delay on request” above (the seller’s name, address and phone number), email roraringo000@gmail.comwith “request for disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions”. We reply promptly by email, so that you can check before deciding to buy.
