Terms of Service
This is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the official one, and it prevails if the two differ.
These are the rules for using Vespo (the “Service”). By starting to use it, you agree to them. Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. About the Service
The Service lets you keep the same chat going inside a Roblox experience and outside it (in the app and on the website). Operator: RORARIngo
The Service is made by an individual and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. When you use it inside a Roblox experience, Roblox’s own terms apply as well.
2. Who can use it
There is no age limit, but if a child uses the Service, a parent or guardian should read these Terms and thePrivacy Policyand agree to them before letting the child use it. Minors need a parent or guardian’s consent to buy anything (see “10. Money”).
3. Sign-in and accounts
The Service uses three words that mean different things.
- Login account: how you prove who you are (Roblox / Google / GitHub / email)
- User: the box that holds your chats, friends and statuses. One person can have several
- Slot: which user you are currently acting as
Do not hand your sign-in method to anyone else. Anything done with your login is treated as done by you.
4. Things you must not do
The following are prohibited. If we find them, we may stop your use of the Service.
- Threatening, harassing or persistently pestering other people
- Sending discriminatory or hurtful language
- Sending sexual or violent content
- Impersonating someone else
- Trying to trick people out of money or personal information, or advertising without permission
- Posting or spreading someone else’s personal information (real name, address, school, phone number and so on) without their consent
- Sending photos of other people without their consent
- Breaking how the Service works, flooding it with traffic, or extracting data without permission
- Anything against the law, or against Roblox’s terms
When in doubt, ask yourself: would the other person mind? and could you say it to their face?
5. Rights to what you send
The text, photos, drawings, voice messages, stickers and polls you send are yours. They do not become ours. GIFs are provided by GIPHY and belong to neither you nor us.
We do use them to the extent needed to run the Service: specifically, to display them to the other person, deliver them, store them, keep a copy, and show part of them in notifications. That is the minimum needed to make a chat work, and we do not use them for anything else (such as advertising).
Do not send things other people made (art, photos, music and so on) without the rights holder’s permission.
6. Reporting and blocking
If something upsets you, press and hold the message to report it. You can also block the person. If a mini app is behaving badly, report it from the “⚠” above the mini app’s frame.
When you report, we receive only that one message. We do not receive the conversation around it or your other chats.
Because the operator runs the servers, we are technically able to see the data we hold. We cannot promise it can never be seen. In practice we look at content only when necessary, such as handling a report or investigating a bug. See thePrivacy Policyfor details.
We do not reply to reports one by one. People who are reported repeatedly may have their use of the Service stopped after review.
7. Stopping your use
If you break these Terms, we may stop your use or remove content without notice. We may not be able to tell you the full reason (if people knew how we respond, they could work around it).
8. How data is kept
- Inside a Roblox experience, only the most recent part of a chat is shown, because of storage limits. Use the app to see older messages
- If you stop being friends with someone or block them, the chat between just the two of you is deleted, messages and all. This cannot be undone
- If everyone leaves a chat, the chat and its contents are deleted
Deleted things cannot be restored. Keep your own copy of anything important.
9. Leaving
You can delete your account yourself from “Settings” in the app. What is deleted and what remains is described in thePrivacy Policy.
10. Money
The basic features of the Service (chat, calls, friends, statuses and so on) are free. Only these two things cost money:
- Items inside mini apps: sold by the mini app’s author. The author is the seller; the Service provides the place to buy and the payment system
- Pro for developers (monthly): lets you see a longer period and finer-grained numbers on the developer site. The seller is the operator
Minors must get a parent or guardian’s consent before buying anything. A purchase made without that consent may be cancelled as provided by law.
Payments go through Stripe; card numbers never reach the Service. Prices are shown on the purchase screen. Payment timing, refund and cancellation rules, fees, and the conditions for receiving sales proceeds are set out in thenotice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions(Japanese only).
If an item from a mini app does not arrive or there is a similar problem, contact the mini app’s author first. If you cannot reach the author or the problem is not resolved, contact roraringo000@gmail.com and we will mediate.
If you receive money as a developer, complete Stripe’s identity verification and follow Stripe’s terms as well. You are responsible for what you display about your own products (price, return policy, contact details and so on). The Service does not hold purchase money; Stripe splits each payment between the author and the operator at the time of payment.
11. Using mini apps
A mini app is a website made by someone other than the operator (the author), opened inside the Service. Its contents live on the author’s server, which the operator does not manage.
- A consent screen appears the first time you open one. The information you agree to share there (of your name, icon, room key, call status and voice level, whichever that mini app asks for) is passed to the author. An ID unique to you is always passed. If you do not agree, the mini app does not open
- We check a mini app before it is published, but what we check is the content at the time it was submitted. Because it is a website, it can change afterwards. If something looks wrong, report it from the “⚠”
- Records, scores and purchases inside a mini app are managed by its author. As a rule the operator is not responsible for what happens inside a mini app or for how its author responds (we do take down clearly malicious ones)
- When you stop using a mini app, you can delete what you left with it (Settings → Mini apps → Stop)
12. Using the Service as a developer (chat API and mini apps)
If you obtain an API key or register a mini app, you must follow these additional rules on top of these Terms.
- Use information you receive from the Service (Roblox IDs, names, icons, room keys, call status, messages and so on) only to run that game or mini app. You may not use it for other purposes, pass it to third parties, or sell it
- When a user asks you to delete their information, or when a user leaves the Service, delete what you kept on your side too
- Keep your API key on your server only and do not share it. Anything done with your key is treated as done by you
- Anything that falls under “4. Things you must not do”, anything that deceives people (such as a fake sign-in screen), or anything that breaks how the Service works cannot be registered. If we find it, we may reject it in review, take it down, or revoke the key. We may not be able to tell you the full reason
- You may change a mini app after it is published, but do not turn it into something different from what was reviewed. We check user reports and take mini apps down when necessary
- Receiving money is governed by “10. Money” and the notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. What you display about your products, and how you deal with buyers, is your responsibility
- Developer features may change without notice. We announce changes on the developer site
13. Limitations and liability
The Service is made by an individual. Please understand the following.
- We cannot promise it will always work correctly. It may stop or have bugs
- Features may change, or the Service itself may end, without notice
- The operator is not liable for damage caused by bugs or outages, except where the operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence
- As a rule we do not step into disputes between users (we do act on harassment and similar behaviour)
Where the law provides otherwise (for example consumer protection law), the law prevails.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when needed. When we do, we update this page, and for major changes we also announce it inside the app.

16. Governing law and courts
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any lawsuit concerning the Service shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s place of residence as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law provides otherwise.
